According to the literature at Imminoe, the swine flu virus was first detected in humans in April 2009, as shown in the first screen shot below. In the second screen shot it says that participants of the vaccine trials will be followed for 13 months to evaluate the long-term safety of the vaccine. That’s only six months from detection to the public launching of the vaccine set for October.
